Question Set Template
As covered in the video, come prepared with 2 or more question sets based on a leadership concept. Below are a variety of videos summarizing great ideas from a variety of leaders. Keep in mind that the videos are not meant to replace a thorough study of the concepts, but these primers should help create drafts for your question sets. Please review at least 3 videos and build a series of questions based on 2 of the ideas below (or any other leadership concepts that are inspiring to you).
In class, be ready to:
- Share your question set, be open to feedback around your question set and provide feedback to others.
- If time allows, coach using one of your question sets if applicable to the agenda of your coachee.
