Reflection and Celebration
Great work getting to this final session! It’s time to reflect on the journey and determine how you will celebrate. You have done so much work to prepare yourself as a coach, and the work you have done will have a big impact on the lives of your clients. This is meaningful work you have done for yourself!
Next Steps:
Make sure to complete your final mentor coaching assessment to confirm your PCC performance evaluation with this program. Once you have done that and we have had our final session, it will be time to receive your certification within this program. Beyond this, you will be ready to apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the ICF once you have gained 500 hours of experience coaching clients. See this page for more information on the process. You will also need to be ready for your Coach Knowledge Assessment when you apply for your ACC or PCC credential with the ICF. Here is a video to help you prepare. You will also need to submit a copy of your training certificate, so make sure to keep it (digitally) handy!
