Coaching Habits
This session continues the work we began in session 10. Now we look beyond studying habits with our clients focusing our attention on designing experiments to help determine the best approach to installing the behavior cycle our clients want to experience.
Come prepared to continue working on the behavior change you discussed in last week’s practice focusing on potential experiments. As coaches, we want to make sure our practice is not focused on “fixing” the behavior. Instead, we want our clients to test out possible options for developing their ideal habit loop.
