6. Listens Actively Review

Professional coaches are already aware of the impact active listening has on an empathetic and effective coaching call. Active listening is a foundational lesson in every coach training, and should be very familiar territory by now. However, the practice of active listening can drop to some degree as coaches work outside of a classroom environment and are provided less feedback on how to stretch themselves with their listening skills.

This session is dedicated to the review of key points to keep in mind as we connect with our clients using our active listening so that we can build upon the foundation of active listening while pursuing MCC level performance standards.
