About the Trainer

Bryan Hart, MCC

Bryan Hart has served as a professional coach for 12 years. Within the corporate space, he has coached:

  • Over 5,000 hours
  • Everyone from individual contributors up to c-level executives
  • Professionals within many different industries, various sizes of companies and nearly every department type
  • Around practically any agenda from managing challenging conversations, goal setting, strengths/weaknesses/branding, seeking promotion, etc.

As a Master Certified Coach, Bryan’s love is for the training and development of new coaches. He has trained, mentor coached and assessed hundreds of coaches while also supporting the development and execution of assessment methods of coaches as part of the hiring and onboarding process for the corporate sponsored coaching company, BetterUp.

As a trainer, Bryan believes foundational knowledge is best established outside of a classroom so that in-class learning can focus on demonstration, discussion and practice. Bryan has logged over around 1000 hours as a trainer of ICF accredited courses and has provided hundreds of hours of mentor coaching at all levels of feedback. Bryan specializes in International Coach Federation mentor coaching that seeks to bridge the gap between assessing the science and the art of the field of coaching by leveraging a data-driven approach which measures a coach’s performance against ICF Core Competencies.
