This session marks the transition towards final section of this Level 3 program. After this session we will focus the majority of the live sessions on breakout session practice with peer feedback (triads and groups of 4) focused on continued improvement towards MCC standards.

- In addition to watching the video and reading the chapters linked in the content section, assess Fern Coaching Session (See below) using the STAR·Feedback model. Be prepared to share your takeaways from this exercise.

- Coaches should continue reflecting on roughly 4 coaching sessions each week taking note of their learnings using a journal/record similar to the one attached below.
- Consider what patterns and persistent challenges you may find and be ready to discuss these learnings in the main session.
- Time to Complete: 20-30 minutes per week

Please review the following session downloading the assessment pdf and opening the transcript/audio linked in the file. Use the STAR·Feedback model to assess the session and be ready to discuss the feedback you would offer the coach to help her prepare for MCC level performance. We will discuss everyone’s feedback as part of our live session.
